Arsenal will travel to face Barelona at the Nou Camp looking to defend a slender 2-1 aggregate lead in the UEFA Champions League last 16.

Arsenal won the first leg 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium, but they still face a tough task to advance into the quarter-finals. They will face a white hot atmosphere in Spain, and Barcelona forward Pedro Rodriguez promised that his team “will not let them draw breath,” when he discussed the clash with the Gunners this week.

Barcelona manager Josep Guardiola spoke to the official UEFA website ahead of the last 16 clash, and promised his side “will attack” as they look to overturn the 2-1 deficit they face in the second leg.

Barcelona will be without central defensive pair Carles Puyol and Gerard Pique, who are out due to injury and suspension respectively. Midfielder Andres Iniesta is within one booking of an automatic ban.

Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has returned to fitness, and will play in what he described as a “special match” to UEFA.com. Alex Song and Theo Walcott are sidelined with injury for the Gunners, while Robin van Persie has made a surprise recovery from injury in time to be included in the Arsenal squad.
